Wolfgang Müller joined MLL in 1997 after having successfully completed his MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia and the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor, USA.

Deals & Cases
- Advising Swiss Life in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising 26 real properties in 4 cantons for a purchase price of CHF 360.3 million
- Advising Sunrise Communications Group Ltd. with respect to real estate and infrastructure in the signing of a binding agreement to acquire UPC Switzerland GmbH for an enterprise value of CHF 6.3 billion
- Advising Allianz Suisse regarding the acquisition of the development project “Weltpostpark” concerning 179 apartments in Berne
- Advising a major Swiss bank and several of its managed vehicles in an asset swap with a big Swiss listed real estate company involving several Swiss real properties and an aggregate deal value exceeding CHF 400 million
- Acting as transaction counsel regarding the acquisition of Caleira by Poenina by way of a merger according to the Swiss Merger Act and the listing of its newly issued Poenina shares on SIX Swiss Exchange (transaction value of around CHF 85 million)
- Advising Micronas (i) in the CHF 231 million public takeover by TDK Corporation, Japan, (ii) the subsequent squeeze-out merger and delisting from SIX Swiss Exchange and (iii) the liquidation of its successor company, TDK Magnetic Field Sensor Switzerland AG
