Marcel Lustenberger became counsel to the firm in January 2019, before which he was head of the firm’s litigation and arbitration team in Zurich. He has over 20 years of experience with complex litigation and international arbitration cases under all relevant procedural court and arbitration rules in Switzerland. He is particularly involved in international commercial disputes in the banking and industrial sectors, protection of shareholders rights and administrative proceedings (FINMA, request for legal assistance etc.).

- Co-counsel together with large New York law firm in ICC arbitration proceedings with seat in Switzerland against a European Industry Group regarding overdue commission payments in the amount of approximately USD 100 million
- Representation of a large German Industry Group in a dispute over 12 million USD against a Lebanese construction Group regarding a power plant project in Africa
- Defending Swiss Bank against 20 million claim of a client in connection with a failed share transaction in Russian shares before the Zurich court
