Joëlle Schmidt-Corsitto joined MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep Ltd in Mai 2022 as a junior associate.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law, a Master degree in International and European law, a Certificate of transnational law and a Certificate of Specialization in Legal Practice (ECAV) from the University of Geneva. During her master, she completed an exchange semester at the University of Valencia.
Before joining MLL, Joëlle Schmidt-Corsitto worked as a legal intern at the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, Division for Ocean Affairs and Law of the Sea in New York. She also interned at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Lima, Peru and at the “Réseau de Lutte contre la Traite de l’Enfant au Togo” in Lomé.
She is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish
