Profile
Isabelle Chabloz is an expert in corporate law, including takeover and competition law, insolvency law and civil procedures.
Since August 2020, she has been a full professor in economic law at the University of Fribourg. She teaches commercial law and competition law. From 2014 to July 2020, she worked as a professor at Swiss Distance University Institute (UniDistance) where she held the position of Vice Rector for teaching from 2019. She taught commercial law as well as civil procedure and insolvency law. She also taught civil procedure for trainee lawyers at the University of Bern for almost ten years. From 2004-2005, she was a legal consultant to the Swiss Takeover Board. Based on these experiences, she joined MLL in 2015 as Of Counsel.
Isabelle Chabloz has published various articles and books in the fields of corporate, civil procedure, competition and insolvency law.
