Grégoire Schafroth, LL.M.

Grégoire Schafroth’s practice focuses on banking and finance as well as corporate and commercial law. He advises financial institutions and financial services providers on the regulatory and transactional aspects of their activities, and he assists companies in all areas of business law, such as M&A, financings and general corporate and organizational matters. He also assists individuals with their business and private affairs. Grégoire Schafroth is also active in commercial and banking litigation as well as white collar crime investigations.

Prior to joining MLL in 2021, Grégoire Schafroth worked three years with a Geneva boutique law firm specialized in business law and private clients matters. He then completed a specialized LL.M. degree in International Financial Law at King’s College London.
