Estelle Seiler

Estelle Seiler is an associate with the firm’s IP team in Zurich. She advises and represents Swiss and international individuals and entities before all Swiss courts and authorities. Her practice encompasses intellectual property law, dispute resolution and employment law.

Estelle Seiler is also part of the firm’s China Desk. During her frequent stays in Mainland China and Taiwan, she gained valuable experience by training with a well-known law firm in Taipei and Shanghai and she also studied at the East China University of Political Science and Law.

She is fluent in French, German and English and conversational in Mandarin and Spanish.

Before joining the firm as Junior Associate in Geneva, Estelle Seiler served as a trainee law clerk at the Second Instance Court of Canton Fribourg and worked as a legal consultant for journalists and press photographers at the nonprofit organisation “impressum – Les journalistes suisses”. She holds a bilingual (French/German) Bachelor and Master of Law from the University of Fribourg as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions from the University of Geneva.
