Davina Stalder is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & M&A and Regulatory / Fintech & DLT team. Her practice focuses on technology, blockchain, corporate and banking. She advises national and international clients on banking and financial market law as well as general contract and corporate matters.

Prior to joining MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep Ltd, Davina Stalder worked at another law firm in Zug, where she gained extensive experience in advising and representing individuals and companies before Swiss courts and authorities. In addition, she worked on regulatory projects for a major Swiss bank after her studies.
