Alain Gros is a highly experienced litigator at our Geneva office and has extensive experience in commercial law practices.
He has broad experience in domestic and international commercial litigation, including civil and criminal attachments and interim measures proceedings. He was one of the partners of the team representing a public entity, which filed the highest claim with a Swiss civil court in a banking matter. Alain Gros is also very active in all corporate and contractual matters, in M&A, in employment law, in arbitration, in aviation and in insurance law.
Alain Gros joined MLL in 1998 and became a partner in 2003.
